We've already told you about this little-known spot that we love so much. Hidden behind the elegant façade of the Petit Palais lies a secret garden where time seems to stand still. A handful of tables shaded by palm trees, beautiful mosaics, a peaceful pond, the gentle sound of a fountain... It's one of those hidden treasures you often stumble upon while visiting the Petit Palais, and never forget.

🌇 The Perfect Spot to Watch the Sunset
As the sun begins to set, head to Pont Alexandre III, just 15 minutes from the hotel by metro. It's undoubtedly one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the city. Lean against the bridge's balustrade, with Les Invalides on one side and the Grand Palais on the other, and simply watch the boats glide along the Seine. Its Belle Époque lampposts, golden sculptures and breathtaking views over the river create a spectacular setting as the sky turns shades of pink and orange. 🤫 The Rooftop We'd Love to Keep Secret
While Galeries Lafayette is world-famous as a shopping paradise, surprisingly few visitors think to take the lift all the way up to its panoramic rooftop terrace. Yet it's home to one of the most spectacular views of Paris. From the top of Galeries Lafayette, the city's iconic zinc rooftops stretch out before you like a living postcard. In the distance, the Eiffel Tower rises above the skyline, Sacré-Cœur watches over Montmartre, and the magnificent Palais Garnier opera house seems almost close enough to touch. It's incredible to see the whole city laid out before you in miniature. 🐜
Our favourite time to visit? Late afternoon, drink in hand, as the golden light bathes the façades and Paris slowly begins to sparkle. A magical little escape above the city, completely free to access and just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.
