Not to be missed contemporary choreography

Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker is a major figure of contemporary choreography who emerged in the 1980s.

This is the second time “Rain”, created in 2001, has been presented at Opéra Garnier. Its first run in 2011 was warmly received by the public and the press.

This minimalist work uses classic choreography techniques to “Music for 18 Musicians” by the very famous American Steve Reich with whom Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker still works.

An office is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 12:30 to 8:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. on Sundays). As theatres are closed on Monday the office is also is closed. Seats are sold for performances on the same day.
