The history of Hôtel États-Unis Opéra is the story of a family: the Lahondès. It all began in 1947, when Lucien Lahondès, driven by a passion for hospitality, acquired a building to create a hotel. His dream? To offer travelers a place where they could feel truly at home.
In 1980, his son Jean-Marc took over, carrying on this tradition of excellence and conviviality.
Today, Jean-Marc and his son Romain manage the hotel as a duo, combining their expertise to provide an experience that is warmer, more modern, and more personalized than ever.
