Comfortable and relaxing

Excellent staff response to our original room which we werent happy with. The photos on booking.com are not representative of a standard room. The staff changed us to a lovely room and were so polite throughout

We had a lovely time at the hotel. Location, breakfast and cleanliness were all superb. Our trip was made all the more enjoyable by Yves at the front desk. He was always ready to answer our questions. A very nice gentleman indeed.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos, false advertising. The rooms and elevator are too small. The view isn't really a view. Front desk could not get us a taxi in the morning, it didn't even seem like they tried. The shower door leaked all over the floor. I would never recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Very nice hotel, with very good facilities and friendly staff. Was in a perfect location near train stations and near a Big Bus stop which was very helpful for our bus tour.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The service from reception was exceptional. In a day when many just do the minimum the employees working reception were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. If service is out or 5 stars this hotel would have 6.

Comfortable and safety

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot therefore we enjoyed the possibility to reach many attractions by walking. If the staff at the concierge would have been more friendly I guess we would have enjoyed our stay even better...

We will return on our next trip.

Very close to excellent. Only a few small details that could have risen the score: The view was something that didn't work for me; A balcony would have been a great addition; Some days I had to request for towels and/or soap; The bar was closed most of my stay, because the people in charge were on vacation.
